THE ART OF TALKING
Effective Communication for Home & Work

istock_000000428695xsmall

Have you ever asked yourself, "Why did I (didn't I) say that?" The words we use, our timing, and our style make all the difference in whether we succeed or fail in getting our thoughts across and our needs met. This workshop is presented in both a Primer version and a 4 week class.

The Primer presentation explores the actual words to use, which relationship styles help or get in the way, and how to add finesse to your communication for better personal and professional relationships. Longer class includes work on assertiveness training, anger management, defensiveness and conflict resolution skills.
